Oh so my knee is still jacked… It felt totally better Friday morning, good on Saturday and a little tired Sunday evening. Now it is Monday and it hurts! It just got stiffer and stiffer all evening. I hope a sleep rest followed by a slow walk to work in the morning will help it. What ever it is it sucks. I’ll just have to deal and work through it.
So yoga was at home and basically was just about avoiding anything that even kinda hurt. Focused on some core work and a little on arms.
I’m getting ready to have some kind of mini garden…mostly lettuce apparently.
