I was not feeling like Bikraming tonight. We went food shipping and now we get to relax at home instead. It’s ok to not go if you don’t want to now and again, it is also sometimes good to go when you don’t want to (usually this is the case).
I seem to have come down with a little case of spring fever… I want to be more active outside, I even got sweet new trail running shoes. But we are stuck in an in between time. Not winter but somehow not quite spring either.

My yoga practice was at home just now. I’ve been trying to make a point of including more core into each home session.
Our wedding is just over two months out! Whoa! How did all that time pass and I’m gaining on 300 days. It’s been good, I’lll make it no problem and then some.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
