Yay for Bikram. It was a good class. My knee is feeling better but that leg is so stiff! In triangle on the left side I had to put my elbow on my knee rather than totally bend the knee and support my body with that hamstring…maybe next time! The next pose, standing head to knee or whatever, felt good. Right when it started I had a thought about how soon I would get to lie on the ground after a cool drink of water with the fans blowing cool air on me. I imagined it being so sweet, cool and refreshing like an ice cream after a long walk on a hot day! Somethjng like this!

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
