Day two hundred and fifty nine

Sunday funday! Morning yoga. I remember doing yoga morning but I don’t recall the specifics. I know that my back was stiff and sore before and felt good after. Then we went into the backcountry with our fun engaged friends!
I had to try out my new splitboard! Here are some photos.

It was so fun, the most fun!
All this yoga gave me some needed flexibility and strength to get me up and down the mountain.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.

  1. yoga keeps my ITB inflammation at bay! couldn’t get rad in the backcountry without the pigeon!
