Well, I did it. I went back to Bikram. The good news is that they seem to have the room under control! Fans on, heat regulated, still wicked hot but manageable.
I however had some weirdness going on. It started out pretty great but then I was dizzy, a little nauseous and light headed. I may have been under-hydrated, maybe I had that smoothie to close to class or perhaps I’m still adjusting to the new type of heat. It had also been two weeks since my last full 90 minute Bikram class. Oh well. I stayed in the room and I feel good right meow.
Sorry…but I’m just not over these. This happened to me the other night so Kyla made me so I would feel better. At least I think that’s what she had in mind.
