So how does that go again?… April showers bring May flowers…is that right?

I stayed home for my practice today. It started with some slow kind of deep stretch and then I mixed it up a bit. I did that uncomfortable toe pose again. I’ll admit I didn’t hold it for nearly as long as we did in class yesterday, but I am trying to add some uncomfortableness into my home practice. I also did some bridge pose. I find that one relaxing and challenging so I think that meets the criteria.

Here’s some advise. I know you didn’t ask for it… Get some peppermint lotion and give your feet a rub down and then put on your socks. It’s is lovely and who doesn’t want their feet to smell fresh like peppermint!?

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life.
