Yoga window.

My upper/inner thighs are still sore. I am looking forward to doing some Bikram tomorrow evening! I took my mat into the extra room which is full of stuff and there isn’t much floor space but it is nice and quiet and private. Sometimes you need a little personal space to practice.
Today was day one of a 30 day cleanse. I even got weighed and had all my limbs, neck and torso measured. I’ll measure again around day 11 and again at the end. I’ll try to do a before and after photo…if results are satisfying to me I’ll share them here. If you want some info about my cleanse or want to do it yourself let me know and I can get you some more info or just go to the website.
I’m excited to see how it goes. I’ve even given up coffee…at least for a little while. I think I’ll miss it too much to wait 30 days for some buy I’ll try. Maybe I can have a birthday coffee in a few weeks.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life.
