HAPPY ST. PATTY’S DAY!!!
I woke up today after yesterday’s ski so sore! Actually I woke up ok but as the day progressed I became more sore. Those hip flexers! The x-country skiing really gets in there.
I managed some yoga at home. It was painful but probably good to move all those sore parts around. I wonder if I could have done Bikram today…I could have done some but not all. It’ much better to have had a rest day.
