Yoga at home on a Friday afternoon. I felt it was time to find a previous photo of a posture and do it again to compare… This is what I got.
This was back in July. So right soon after I started this thing.
And this was today. I really don’t see a big difference but I do feel one. Now in downdog I feel stronger and more aware but maybe I haven’t made much progress visually in this particular pose.
This is crow pose. It seemed like a good one to work on so here is a picture to later look at.
