Yoga at home on a Friday afternoon. I felt it was time to find a previous photo of a posture and do it again to compare… This is what I got.
This was back in July. So right soon after I started this thing.


20130315-164400.jpg And this was today. I really don’t see a big difference but I do feel one. Now in downdog I feel stronger and more aware but maybe I haven’t made much progress visually in this particular pose.
This is crow pose. It seemed like a good one to work on so here is a picture to later look at.

Off to Talkeetna for the weekend!

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
