Ski weekend! I’m heading out here with five other ladies and four dogs for one night.

20130302-072357.jpg It’s 10.5 miles to the cabin and of 10.5 miles back to the truck on Sunday.
I had to make sure I did some yoga this morning. It always surprises me how stiff I feel I when I practice first thing in the morning compared to after a day of whatever.
My balancing pose was something that I don’t know if it has a name. It’s starts on all fours and then the left leg stretches out back and the right arm out front, then you switch. Balance and stretch!

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
