I traveled home and slept most of the plane ride! I didn’t even get any mountain pictures from the plane.
I made it to yoga and set up in the corner with the mirror and the closet door so it was nice and cool (relatively cool that is). My balance was not what it could have been, I was a bit wobbly. Otherwise it was a good class. Just what I needed after a sleep on a floor and an early morning plane ride. I have decided that I would like to improve my toe balancing pose, I’ve really been sort of brushing it off…and it seems like a fun one to be good at.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
