What!? Day two hundred. It’s a while but all the same time passed sort of quickly. I had this idea that I should have some sort of epic two hundredth yoga day. But then I decided it is unnecessary to put that sort of pressure on this. So it was yoga at home. My shoulder is still sore but downdog does not not hurt it which surprised me. My left hip is also sore, actually my left side is sore. Why? Not sure. I guess it doesn’t really matter why as long as I keep working on it and do one hundred and sixty five more days of yoga!
