Oops. I almost didn’t make it. I had to fit in a small amount of yoga at the end of the day. It was really just enough to know that the left side of my body is very stiff compared to the right. Mainly in my hip but also through the ribs and shoulder.
I read some of ‘Hell Bent’ today, the part about back bending. Extreme back bending was described sort of as unworldly so I did a Google search.

20130210-001224.jpg This was a least creepy image. They really do get out of hand. Some look as if the spine was snapped in half and the pieces laid in parallel. I’m not sure that it’s healthy….

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
