I’m a little unmotivated lately…mainly with this blog, I’m still doing my yoga. I just don’t feel like writing about it.
I snuck in 20 some minutes of yoga after work and before my sister came over to go downtown for First Friday.
I was cold in my house so I did some vigorous flow to warm up and it worked. At the end I sat and just breathed in easy seat. I was feeling grumpy and unsocial but was about to go out and about so I sat and told myself to be cheerful until I was. And that also worked, mostly anyway.
