Snowboard day! And again I thought about yoga. Reminding myself to apply the same discipline and thought to my riding as I do on my mat in a class really makes all the difference. It’s more fun, I feel stronger and more capable. It also helps me to be less attached. I just mean that every run is different even if you take the same route.
I was so tired when I got home! Of course this is good because it means I had fun. My legs were so sore and are a little still. Perhaps from getting to more classes this week and then today. I’m signed up for an early Bikram tomorrow but I think I’ll pass and sleep in.
Besides practicing yoga while snowboarding I also did some in the living room this evening. Good thing too because my hips, legs and back were sore and needed some attention.
