Day one hundred and seventy

Another day anther yoga. Another home yoga.
Home yoga is nice yoga is my own yoga.
Sun salutation flow and a little attempted Crow Pose. Also known as Crane Pose and Bakasana. It is said to strengthen the wrists, forearms and abdomen as well as work on the balance. It’s also fun, challenging and a bit scary. No one wants to fall on their face after all…

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.

  1. When I was a kid, I found it easier to do crow pose on my sister! Either on her back while she was in half-tortoise, or on her hips or ribs in camel or full-camel. Because humans aren’t flat, it put less stress/pressure on the hands.
