Saturday! Feeling much better! The first day of really snowboarding! It was a lovely storm day and hardly anyone was there. The first few runs I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing. I was all floppy and squirly. Then I thought about yoga. I started to activate my feet and take control of my body instead of letting it flop around where ever my board led. This made all the difference. It’s funny how what seems like a subtle change really is quite big. It turned into a very fun day on the mountain. I also did some morning living room yoga. My hips had become rather stiff from Hotflow on Friday.
