Oh boy! I almost didn’t make this one… Look, it’s 11:30 pm and I literally just finished fitting in some yoga! The day just got away.
My wrists have been weirdly sore lately. I’m not sure if I hurt them in yoga or if it’s because I’ve been falling asleep with them all contorted and squeezed together under my chin (this is a new development that I don’t understand), either way they are sore. Usually my home practice involves at least some sun salutations but this night I wanted to put as little as possible pressure on the old wrist joints. So I did some standing, kneeling and lying on the back yoga all with some nice steady breathing.
There are always ways to change things up so your practice fits what is going on rather than use the goings ons as an excuse to not do any…just sayin’.
Also, I google imaged ‘yoga jokes’ and this was the best one I found…its pretty good but honestly the yoga community could do better.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life.
