Merry Christmas Eve Eve! It was an extra crowded, humid and hot Bikram session today. Lately I’ve been trying to do a better job of coming out of the spine strengthening sequence poses. It’s important to get out of the pose the same way you go into it. This means you must lower your chin prior to turning your head to the side for savasana. Keep that spine aligned! It will be possible to go to Bikram both tomorrow and on Christmas day if so desired…I’m thinking one of the two would be nice.
In the mean time have some
Christmas cheer!

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
