First of all I had yoga for lunch, an hour radiant flow at noon. I was thinking while flowing that I know how to do this, I can step up my home practice and totally ditch the tv. So that’s what I got out of class also I felt energized after and went back to work.
My knee has been sore since my last Bikram class. I’m not sure what happened or when, but that’s when I first noticed it. My knee hurts quite bad when I bend my knees deeply. This is lame because it’s time to go snowboarding. Hopefully it’ll just go away like how it showed up.
