So, want to know what a 100 degree fahrenheit temperature change really feels like? I didn’t want to either but thanks to my geographical position I now do. I looked at the thermometer in class it read 105 (as it should in a Bikram class) and then went to drive home and the car thermometer read 5. How about that! Turns out since my car had been warming for a few minutes it had raised the car’s temp a bit, reality says its about -2 out but at this point who’s counting anyway?

The teacher this evening was talking about mental strength and how big of a player it is in class. He said something about it taking so much of it just to get to class knowing how hard it’s going to be. I’m thinking that this is true but maybe what’s also true is that we all are suffering from short term memory loss.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life.
