Snuck in some morning yoga! This is how it started. Mountain pose then let the arms go kinda loose, keep the feet and hips strong and rotate the shoulders and upper body back and forth. This allows the arms/hands to swing freely and bounce off of the front hip/lower back area. My mom showed me this once, she called it Knocking On the Gates of Heaven. She said its massages the kidneys. It’s also fun and wakes me up.
