I’m running out of blogging steam…but I can’t just quit…
I had plans for Bikram last night but there was a change of plans and Friday night turned into dinner and a movie. A fantastic movie. Cloud Atlas. It was so so good, and even though it was long it didn’t seem like it.

I did a half an hour of living room yoga. I feel like I’m getting better at putting my own little practices together. I can tailor the poses and sequence to what I want. It is good for me to stay home and practice some. It’s hard to get focused with all the distractions of home all around. And it makes me appreciate the studio and having a teacher.
…that’s all I got.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
