Happy 100th day of yoga all in a row! Wow. That happened fast. I’ve never had a reference of what 100 days feels like, it seems longer than just over 3 months or 14.3 weeks.
Also happy day light savings! Gosh it sure is dark now at 7pm…welcome to winter.
And of course happy Sunday! I was up a bit early thanks to the time change so I had a great breakfast of gluten free banana pancakes and a piece of bacon.
Bikram this afternoon was nice…but not until it was over. It felt like it had been a while since my last class (only two days) and I kept getting that sick feeling. Like nauseous sick. I used to get that a lot especially in camel but lately have not had to experience it. I hope that isn’t a new normal.

I heard some ladies talking after class about how they were finished or nearly finished with their 30 day challenges. They were so happy that they had done it and thrilled with how great they felt. Congrats ladies and everyone else who challenges themselves in order to be happier and more comfortable in their bodies.
