I had plans of going to hot flow today and then a pray for snow bond-fire party but that persistent cold came back (I guess it never left) so I did not go to yoga or the party. I had some accupuncture from from my mom and did yoga at home. I think I’ll be up for Bikram tomorrow, day 100!

Head to Knee Pose and Stretching Pose
Janushirasana and Paschimotthanasana(Sanskrit)
It improves digestion and is good for allergies and arthritis.
It also relieves chronic diarrhea by improving the circulation in the bowels.
Maybe I should do some more yoga before bed and include this pose…boost the immune system and all.
