Day ninety nine

I had plans of going to hot flow today and then a pray for snow bond-fire party but that persistent cold came back (I guess it never left) so I did not go to yoga or the party. I had some accupuncture from from my mom and did yoga at home. I think I’ll be up for Bikram tomorrow, day 100!

Benefits :
It is excellent for the immune and lymphatic systems, increases circulation to the liver, pancreas, thyroid, thymus and intestines.

It improves digestion and is good for allergies and arthritis.

It also relieves chronic diarrhea by improving the circulation in the bowels.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
