So this is for Thursday, yesterday. We went to dinner followed by first tap (The Whipsaws) where we danced the night away so my blog time was sort of cut out…I went to Bikram right after work. Sometimes when class gets started during the breathing I kinda think to myself ‘why am I here?! This is going to suck and be hard and I just want to go lie on my floor.’ but then of course I stay and it’s awesome and by the end I think ‘why was I thinking this would suck? It’s great!’.
Thursday’s pose is…
It also improves flexibility of the neck and spine, relieves backache, and helps degenerative spinal problems such as kyphoscoliotic deformities and cervical spondylosis.
By stretching the abdominal organs, Camel helps constipation, and it also stretches the throat and thyroid and parathyroid glands.
Sometimes this pose makes me feel sick and sometimes it feels great! Its surprise each and every time.
