A crowd showed for 8:15 Bikram class this evening. I was so distracted until balancing stick then my mind steadily relaxed and I finished off pretty strong.
Today’s pose is…….wait for it……!
Tada! Look how young Mr. Bikram looks! I cannon balance like that at this time…I wobble all over the place.
