It develops balance, increases the size and elasticity of the rib cage, firms the abdominal wall and upper thighs.
It improves the flexibility and strength of the lower spine.
Standing Bow builds patience, determination and concentration.

My class today was a Bikram class. It was one that I had to force myself to stay focused. I was strong but my mind didn’t really care to be there. Also, I’ll have to take back how I said that awkward pose is “easy” the other day. It was not that today, maybe I’ve been doing it wrong or something.
