Friday. An hour radiant flow class from noon to one. It was impressive how much was packed into one little hour. It was a hard class with a good warm up and cool down. I felt like I was playing hooky from work!

Uuhggg! This is a hard one. My hammies are so tight it feels like I’ll never get it.
This posture improves the flexibility of the sciatic nerves and strengthens the hamstrings and leg muscles.
It also works the muscles of the back, the biceps and the triceps.
It helps to squeeze and flush out the internal abdominal organs, such as the gall bladder, pancreas and spleen, as well as the uterus and overies.
