Day forty seven

It’s Monday! And I’m tired.
I’m going to start a new thing, try it out for a bit. This new thing will entail me doing some yoga first thing in the a.m. after waking, before coffee! I’m thinking I’ll do a simple 10-15minute practice every morning for a week or so and see if it changes the rest of my morning in any small way. In addition I will have a goal of constructing a short morning routine that helps to invigorate me (perhaps better than coffee but doubtful) for the morning. So for the next week or so I’ll have to mix it up each day in my search of the perfect morning practice.

I have challenged myself to do yoga everyday for one year and thought I'd blog about it. I have been practicing yoga on and off and back and forth for about 9 years and I have decided that it is time for me to really delve in and figure out what it's all about, if it is something I want to make part of my life. I also thought this might put some discipline in to my day and be a fun way to express my thoughts and share some pictures that may or may not have anything directly to do with yoga.
